A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individual wellness programs to meet their clients’ needs.
Figuring out how to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle can be overwhelming, confusing and full of contradicting information. Using bioindividuality, a Health Coach will work with you one on one to find what works for your body and lifestyle. A Health Coach will be your cheerleader, and will hold a safe space for you to reach your health goals while also teaching you how to listen to your body. They work with you starting wherever you are in your life, no matter how close or far you are from your goals. Small changes lead to big ones with support and guidance. Explore different dietary theories and find balance in your life while working with a Health Coach. Through a 6 month program, it gives you time to do a trial and error with different dietary theories, as well as give you the tools to maintain the momentum. While a healthy diet and exercise is essential, there is also an emphasis on balancing your Primary Foods, such as joy, relationships, and your spirituality. Emotions will show up through physical ailments, and it is important to take care of your mind, body and spirit. Health Coaches focus on all three, to assist you in feeling your absolute best.
