Our Resident Acupuncturist

Rikki Gensheer can help you with your specific health concerns and design a unique, gentle, holistic experience. She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado and board certified as a Diplomate of both Acupuncture and Asian Herbology with the National Certificate Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She earned her Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) degree at the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California where she was trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Rikki completed the four-year program as valedictorian, summa cum laude, and was awarded top honors with the Hua Tuo Best Over-all Practitioner award and the Master San Hong Huang Acupuncture Technique award. Trained as a primary healthcare provider under the stringent qualification requirements regulated by the state of California, Rikki is trained to help patients with a variety of conditions. Her holistic clinical approach aims to treat the whole person; mind, body and spirit.
Her treatment style is gentle yet effective. With a caring personality and attentive nature Rikki hopes to create a stress-free, safe, restorative and relaxing treatment. She likes to think of her sessions as a wellness visit, while helping the body find its way back to balance.

Outside of her practice Rikki spends all of her free time with her two young boys. Together, they enjoy gardening, cooking, dancing and finding new adventures daily.
