Red Hat Qigong

Red Hat Qigong is an incredibly powerful ancient healing modality that has been passed down orally from teacher to student for thousands of years. It restores the natural balance to one’s system connecting mind, body and soul. Qigong allows access to higher realms of awareness and awakens one’s “true nature”, it helps develop your ultimate potential.

Red hat Qigong is best described as a process of release. It literally is the movement of Qi (life energy) within the energetic body thus allowing blocks and traumas to release, the repairing and rebalancing of your energy fields, and basically a cleansing of your system which allows it to flow.  This energetic clearing leads to freedom of self, liberation of toxic and bogged down energy, and an overall lighter presence.  What acupuncture does for the physical body, Qigong does for the soul body thus facilitating healing on all levels of being; the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It must be experienced as it is truly beyond words!

Is Red Hat Qigong for me?

Are you intuitive or sensitive and struggle with taking on the weight of the world, of those closest to you? Is this effecting you physically, mentally, or emotionally? Do you know there is something more out there and can’t seem to access it? Do you feel stuck, run down, anxious, or just don’t feel like yourself? Have you gone through some really trying times and can’t seem to clear that grief, that anger, that emotion and feel like it is preventing you from moving forward? Maybe there is this piece of you that just can’t seem to access that happy place anymore and are tired of not living in a place of your full potential. Do you feel like you have been “working on yourself” for years and you still can’t get to where you want to be? If any of these ring true, then there is a good chance that you are bogged down energetically and it is time to do some work on a deeper, energetic level.

“My sessions are up to 90 minutes and I often recommend that my clients come to see me about once a month when we initially start working together. Please remember, this is a process of release and therefore in order to truly heal, it takes time, it takes commitment but, it is worth every bit of the journey!” -Jenn
