Stephanie Harris, DC

StephDr. Stephanie Harris holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin, and she was formerly a Registered Dietitian. After spending more than a decade in her first career in food and nutrition, she had a life-changing experience with chiropractic, and soon thereafter realized that her life’s passion was in health and healing through chiropractic. She graduated with her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in 2008, with highest honors (summa cum laude) and as Valedictorian of her class.

Dr. Steph utilizes a unique combination of light-touch chiropractic combined with gentle spinal adjustments in order to help the body unwind tension and heal from past or present injuries, traumas, and health conditions. Her goal is to optimize healing using minimal force. Her gentle approach creates body awareness, cultivates mindfulness, and she brings emotional intelligence to the healing process.

As the mother of a cancer survivor, Dr. Steph understands the value of health. She knows first hand how pain, injury, illness or loss can detract from your quality of life. Her lifelong passion and purpose is to empower people to discover their own deepest truth, to live their best lives, and to express optimum health.

Dr. Steph is married with two thriving children. When she’s not working or driving her children to their after school activities, she enjoys sports, gardening, exercise, being in nature, writing, and bike commuting, plus she actively participates in cancer survivorship programs. She blogs at
