“The Qualities of the Heart” is the first offering from Pura Botanica – a line of herbal medicines to create energetic and harmonic resonance between you and the plant.
Each plant has its own signature frequency. When we put a few drops of the plant on our tongue, we invite our own cells to shift into a higher vibration. This makes it easier to more easily access the Quality of the Heart we desire to experience and express more of.
In this collection, there are 13 plants to play with. Inspired by Sylvie Olivier’s offering of the 12 Qualities of the Heart and the energy of Plenitude (#13), each plant offers a unique vibrational signal and wants to assist you in connecting more to your Heart.
In the Harmony sphere, we find Love, Joy and Peace. When we practice connecting with unconditional Love for all people and events that unfold in our lives, we experience more Joy in every moment. We find ourselves being in Peace with whatever circumstance life presents, and walk through the world more Harmoniously.
The Vitality sphere is made up of Appreciation, Courage and Lightness. True vitality and energy are fueled by being in Appreciation for everything that is here, having the Courage to walk the path of your Heart, and holding it all with Lightness and ease.
Through Compassion, Wonder and Care, we experience the sphere of Prosperity. Compassion, when experienced from the Heart, invites us into neutrality as we let go of judgment or pity. When we can see things with genuine curiosity and openness, we open to Wonder. Stepping into Care, fully inhabiting your space and allowing others to do the same, we become more free. From these energies, we experience Universal Prosperity and witness abundance in all its forms.
Moving beyond lack and expectation, we find ourselves experiencing Plenitude – the pleasure that comes from receiving the Joy of Living. When you start paying attention to even the tiniest detail you can appreciate, the vibration of Plenitude begins to unfold. You realize that EVERYTHING that is truly needed in your life is already present, and that by releasing the need to be more, to have more and to do more, you enter into the magnificent vibration that is Plenitude.

Each Quality of the Heart is embodied by a single herb. Each 0.5 ounce bottle is beautifully labeled with artwork inspired by the Quality of the Heart the herb represents.
