Jenny Rogers, Masters Counseling Intern at Pura Vida Healthcare will be offering a 5-week women’s group starting November 1st. This group will be focusing on vitality, centering, de-stressing, nutrition and radical forgiveness. The group meets every Tuesday from 4-6pm at Pura Vida Healthcare.
